1. Handcrafted Nature of Art Glass
Stained glass is an artisanal medium. Hand-rolled, mouth-blown, and cathedral art glass naturally exhibits organic variations including seed bubbles, subtle color striations, and texture waves. These characteristics are hallmarks of authentic handmade glass and are not considered defects.
2. Custom Commissions & Architectural Sizing
When ordering custom panels or architectural transoms, the customer is responsible for providing accurate glass opening dimensions. Michael works within standard ±1/16" tolerances. Once design drafting and glass cutting commence, custom commission deposits are non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Transit Coverage
All domestic US orders are shipped fully insured. In the event of transit damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery with photographic documentation so we can file an immediate claim and initiate restoration or replacement.
