Because stained-glass is our life's work, we stand behind the safe arrival of every package. In the rare event that your package is mishandled by the freight carrier:
- Take 2 to 3 photos of the outer packaging and damaged glass piece.
- Email the photographs to michaelw9097@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Michael will immediately create a replacement piece free of charge or issue a 100% full refund.
30-Day Gallery Return Policy
We want you to love how sunlight illuminates your new stained-glass artwork in your home. If a ready-to-ship piece does not complement your decor as anticipated, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.
Note: Bespoke commissioned pieces built to specific custom dimensions or personalized heraldry are non-refundable once glass cutting has commenced, but remain fully covered under our Safe Arrival Guarantee.
